First Class: $3.00 up to 5 Certificates, Priority Mail: $6.00 over 5 Certificates

Payment Policy
Prepaid Orders receive priority in processing. If paying by check, payment must be received in order to ship your items. We reserve the right to hold orders until payment is received. Please send checks immediately to avoid delays. Allow approximately two weeks from design approval/confirmation to reciept of finished awards.

If paying by PayPal, please be sure that your browser's security settings are set to MEDIUM or PayPal will not function correctly or you may not be able to access PayPal! Please print a copy of this form for your records before clicking the submit button!

Note: PayPal payments will show as 'Epilog Sys' on your credit card statement. All PayPal payments MUST include a shipping address! PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO SEND PAYMENT! DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ORDER MORE THAN ONCE!
